Skin peel for normal skin
Peeling is a very important step of skin care system for normal skin type because it helps to keep it clean and healthy. Choosing the peeling method you should always take into account your normal skin type. Different types react in a different way to different peels. Normal type is the most healthy and usually reacts well on all the types of peels, but the skin reaction to the peel depends greatly on its color, thickness, functioning of glands on its surface and presence of such imperfections as scars, acne and sun damage.
Skin peel for normal skin:
If you have normal skin, you should exfoliate it up to 3 times a week. To exfoliate you can use any method of exfoliation like chemical peel, mechanical peel or a combination of each. Choosing the peel make sure it’s desigend for the normal skin type and will not irritate or overdy it or lead to excessive oil production.
Using any one of the peels you should always follow the instructions and try not to irritate your normal skin too much. If you feel it too irritated, peeling method or exfoliation product should be changed for a gentler one. Ususally the best peel is the peel which contain fruit acids or enzymes. These peels are quite effective but not too harsh.
After exfoliating always use a good moisturizer and sunscreen.
Peels for normal body skin:
To exfoliate your body at first wet it and use a body loofah, scrubbing sponge or gloves and apply a gentle exfoliating cleanser to the body or onto the sponge. Then gently massage your body with this sponge making circular motions. Rinse your skin and use a good moisturizer and try not to over-exfoliate. After the exfoliation it’s better to use the moisturizing body lotion for normal skin type.
