Homemade Papaya Enzyme Peel

Homemade papaya enzyme peel is a splendid facial peel digesting dead epithelium cells due to papain protein catalyst action. Papaya is widely recognized for decomposing free radicals and reducing age spots, which improves skin looks and clears it. Effects of papaya face massage can rival these of a salon facial.

Homemade papaya enzyme peel recipes

1. Papaya and Pineapple Peel
You will need one cup of fresh pineapple puree, half a cup of fresh papaya puree and one tablespoon of honey that hydrates the skin.
Mix fruit puree into the homogeneous paste adding honey gradually. 
Apply mask. Wash it off in 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Papaya Peel
It requires one fresh papaya, one package of unflavored gelatin and 1.5 fl oz. of mineral water (equals 3 tablespoons)
You should peel the papaya fruit, remove its seeds and cut it. Place obtained papaya pieces into the food processor and blend it diligently. Filter the mass received and put the juice aside.
Dissolve gelatin in mineral water by gradually warming it up in a small pan. Make sure you stir this mass permanently. Then add it to papaya juice.
Wait till the mixture cools down and put the bowl into the fridge. When it thickens enough to be dense but still applicable (it takes approximately 25-30 minutes) you may distribute it on clean face and neck with a facial mask brush or spatula. Don’t apply the peel on your eye and upper lip areas.
Leave the mask for 15-20 minutes. When time passes remove it with an upward motions starting from chin. Take it away with a cloth soaked in warm water, sprinkle your face with cold water and dry it gently with towel.

3. Homemade Papaya mask (claimed to be the top non-abrasive measure)
You will need papaya fruit only.
First you should peel the fruit and take out the seeds. Cut it into pieces and mash it in the food processor until it looks like a baby food. Each facial requires half of tablespoon of this mass. You may store the unspent peel in the fridge.
Put papaya mass on your face and leave it for 10-20 minutes. Repeat this procedure for a couple times a week. It may tingle which will imply that papain is digesting dead epithelium cells.

4. Homemade Papaya and Honey mask
You should mix two tablespoons of honey with half a cup of blended ripe papaya. Apply this to your skin evenly for twenty minutes. Wash it off.

5. Facial Mix
Mix pulp of one papaya with some honey and milk powder. Apply this mass onto your face. Relax for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse it with warm water.

6. Facial Mix #2
Blend papaya pulp with fuller’s earth and some vitamin E drops. Leave it on your face for 15 minutes. Rinse it gently with warm water.
